Bargaining resumed today, and we had extensive conversations covering all issues. The Bargaining Team went over every proposal we have passed since bargaining began. We explained the importance of each proposal and reiterated that we demand a fair and equitable contract for our members. We also reviewed all the outstanding data requests and the need for them to be filled to move bargaining along.
The Company has made small incremental movements, but we are fighting for a lot more than incremental improvements. We know that this is a long and slow moving process and can be frustrating, but as long as the membership stays mobilized and unified we will win!!
Stay strong Brothers and Sisters!!
