1. Eligibility: iPad Air giveaway sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who are CWA Local 4900 members in good standing. All dues paying members of CWA Local 4900 are considered members in good standing. Any elected E-Board member at the date and time of the drawing is not eligible to participate.
2. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted starting on or before 12/01/2014 and ending on 3/01/2015. Your entry is created by signing up for CWA 4900 online text messaging alerts and must be received by 3/01/2015 11:59PM EST. All members in good standing who have signed up for CWA’s text messaging alerts prior to 12/01/2014 are automatically entered in the sweepstakes.
3. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by “signing up for CWA Local 4900 text messaging alerts”. Eligible members may enter by using the online form provided. You must complete the entire sign-up process to be eligible for the drawing. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. You may enter only “once” and you must fill in all the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Your telephone number, name and email address is required to complete the registration and entry.
4. Prizes: The “3” Lucky Winners will each receive an iPad Air-2 64g. There will be “one” winner drawn from each division. There are 3 divisions within our local for a total of (3) iPad Air’s to be given away. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for CWA Local 4900 to use winner’s name for a news release to the membership.
5. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner selection and notification: Winners will be drawn on 3/2/2015. Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing using “Textmarks” random drawing generator (Textmarks is CWA Local 4900 text message alerts provider). Winners will be drawn from the list of members currently enrolled in CWA Local 4900 text messaging alerts at the time of the drawing. There will be one winner from each division. A total of (3) Winners will be notified via email or phone using the information they provided when entering the Sweepstakes.
7. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to Privacy. CWA Local 4900 promise’s that your email and telephone number will be kept private and confidential. Msg and Data rates may apply depending on your current text messaging plan.
