The company originally communicated to the Union that they would change to bi-weekly in 2016 since JCI would no longer administer the payroll.
After discussions with CBRE Labor Relations the weekly payroll schedule will remain the same. Bargained for employees will keep the weekly pay schedule. CBRE will communicate this to employees later this week.
We will continue to work through transitional concerns that come up thank you to the CBRE members and Local Presidents that reached out to the bargaining team and advised us about communications that they received from the company; it was helpful during our current discussions about the issue.
