CWA/ATT Mobility Bargaining Update #13

AT&T Mobility Orange Contract 2017 Bargaining: Report 13
February 8, 2017

Bargaining resumed today and the Union passed proposals on absence, benefits, job security and other language to protect our members and improve your working conditions! We had heated discussions today and made it clear that job security and improved work conditions are the only path to an agreement.

So far, we have made proposals related to wages, benefits, flexible time off, over time, call out pay, on-call pay, weekend differential, commissions and more. The company, however, has made only a handful of proposals and they are mostly concessionary. On top of their concessionary proposals, they continue to stall on giving the Union some of the information we have requested.

The company is not only greedy, they are stalling and making no effort to get a contract by expiration.

There are rallies happening throughout the Orange contract footprint over the next few days, everyone should be there and let the company know you demand a good contract and will do whatever it takes to get it!

Stay strong Sisters and Brothers!!
