After week one of District 4 Midwest bargaining between CWA and ATT it appears we are far apart on the issues. We’re not upset that Randall Stephenson makes more than us. He should since he navigates and positions the company for success. We as employees depend on him doing so. However, as employees who are the first line of contact with our customers, we would like recognized for our contributions to the success of AT&T as well.
