There has been a little bit of confusion when our members are calling into the CBRE Benefit help desk. I believe that our members are getting push back and being advised to contact their Union. Here is the why behind this response, CBRE normally deals with Union hiring halls where the Union administers all of the benefits from the plan to any q&a or escalations.
We are a unique situation for CBRE, I have contacted Labor for CBRE and advised them of the push backs that our members are getting and have been assured that the representatives will address the questions accordingly. If you hear of this continuing to be a problem please let me know ASAP.

In order to participate in CBRE benefits for 2015, you must enroll on-line at www.CBREBenefitConnect.com by September 30, 2015.
First Day of CBRE employment = Tuesday, September 1, 2015
Benefit eligibility for transitioning GWS employees = September 1, 2015
Benefit coverage through JCI ends on August 31, 2015
NO gap in coverage.
Please make sure to share this information with your members, they should have been covered by the company however we don’t want anyone to miss the enrollment date for the remainder of 2015.
