See the note below from our leadership regarding the new Commissions plan. The union is NOT in agreement with the plan.
Good afternoon,
Please see the attached 2016 AT&T Mobility Retail Compensation Plan and My Performance Guide that the company is rolling out April 1st 2016 and covering the management team next Tuesday.
This is against the recommendations that the Commissions Committee and International have discussed with the company.
We are fighting this at a National level so please communicate with your members that this is NOT a plan that the Union agrees with. We have been covered but are NOT in agreement!
