Please see and share the attached explanation sheets on the healthcare agreement. These are informational and to be used in helping the members to determine their vote. Ballots are going out on the 12th and will be counted on the 30th at 8:30am. At this point, all duplicate requests should be sent to Mindy via her email at mindy@cwa4900.org . She will forward them to the appropriate district contact. The request for a duplicate should include the members CURRENT home address, personal email and personal cell phone number. To my knowledge, these are traditional paper ballots and duplicates will process via U.S. Mail.
