The Robert D. Johnson Memorial Scholarship is a $1,200 award that supports the college studies of members, or their children, of the
Communications Workers of America (CWA) – District 4.
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must:
• Be a member of CWA – District 4, or have a parent who is member, with a minimum of 18 months tenure.
• Have a minimum 2.0 GPA.
• Demonstrate the potential to succeed in college based on the completed application.
All eligible individuals who have completed the application process will be included in a lottery drawing for three available awards per year.
Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment status and submit grade reports to the Cleveland Foundation for each relevant term.
The Robert D. Johnson Memorial Scholarship is a one-time, non-renewable award.
