Subject: IMPORTANT: Update and Correction regarding payroll details

As many of you may have already seen, the Company put out a correspondence regarding payroll and the negotiated wage increases. Apparently there was a disconnect between labor and payroll on how they would be administered. Below, you will see the schedule set for the effective rate changes. This schedule of wage administration below will have no effect on the actual earnings of employees as shown by the correct Effective Rate Change dates. This only addresses which payroll cycle the effective rates will be administered.
From AT&T Global Payroll Services:
As provided in the respective 2018 CWA D4 Collective Bargaining Agreement, the first contractual wage rate increase is retroactive and effective February 5, 2019. The second contractual increase is effective on the ratification date of August 5, 2019. The new wages will be included in paychecks as shown below.
